ACA anti-centromere antibody Anti-centromere antibody is a kind of DNA protein binding body closely attached to chromosome centromere. The interstitial cells are fluorescently stained and scattered. A pair of bright green fluorescence appears at the centromere site on the extracellular chromosome. Negative normal people do not have this antibody, and the sera of patients with systemic scleroderma have high specificity when ACA is positive, and CREST syndrome (clinical manifestations of soft tissue calcification, Raynaud's phenomenon, low esophageal function, Finger sclerosis, capillary dilation) ACA positive rate of 90%, other connective tissue disease is rare.
