Duodenal fluid and bile parasites
The duodenal fluid and bile parasite test is an auxiliary test method for checking parasites. Duodenal fluid and bile were extracted with a duodenal drainage tube, and microscopic examination was performed by direct smear method; or after concentration by centrifugation, microscopic examination of sediment was performed. Can check Giardia lamblia trophozoites, Clonorchis sinensis eggs, liver plate blood sucking eggs and G. brucelli eggs and so on; patients with acute amoebic liver abscess occasionally find large trophozoites in the bile. The method is to use a duodenal drainage tube to extract duodenal fluid and bile, and then directly smear for microscopic examination; or after centrifugation, collect the sediment for microscopic examination. Through this examination, the corresponding symptoms can be judged.
