Oral and nose bloody secretions
Oral and nasal bloody secretions are common in patients with a drowning time of more than 5 minutes. A person is submerged in water, and the respiratory tract is blocked by water or mud and other foreign objects called drowning (70% to 80% fatality rate), or drowning occurs within a short period of time with epiglottis, larynx and trachea reflex spasm. Respiratory tract is called drowning (Critical mortality: 10% to 20%), whether drowning or drowning can cause suffocation, impaired ventilation, severe hypoxia, respiratory failure, and even respiratory and cardiac arrest. Those who are endangered but not dead are called endangered drowned, and those who die are called drowned.
