Enzyme tumor markers
The detection of enzyme tumor markers includes the detection of prostate acid phosphatase (PAP), neuron-specific enolase (NSE), abnormal prothrombin (APT), α-L-fucosidase (AFU), and so on. It is of great significance to observe the effect of PAP on prostate cancer, to determine whether it has recurrence, metastasis and prognosis. NSE is a marker of neuroblastoma and small cell lung cancer. APT and AFU levels were significantly increased in hepatocellular carcinoma.
