In the supraclavicular fossa, the anterior scalene muscles are tense and tender. Pressing the muscles causes severe tenderness and radiation pain, and the neck stretches and aggravates the pain. Sometimes allergies and coldness in the hands, movement disorders and reflexes disappear. Local injection of anesthetic can relieve the symptoms of the anterior scalene muscle and relieve the symptoms.
