Prickly heat rash
Introduction
Introduction A red millet-like papule of the skin with strong itching and tingling. It is common in hot and humid climates, blocked or excreted by sweat gland ducts, causing obstruction or excretion of sweat ducts. Gardenia is a superficial, inflammatory skin disease that is common in summer or hot environments. Because of the high temperature and sultry environment, a large amount of sweat is not easy to evaporate, so that the stratum corneum is impregnated and swollen, and the sweat gland duct is narrowed or blocked, resulting in sweat retention, sweat exudation around the tissue, formation of papules, blisters or pustules, which occur in the wrinkles.
Cause
Cause
Sweat gland duct obstruction or excretion disorder. The formation of scorpion is due to high temperature in summer, high humidity, excessive sweating, difficulty in evaporation, sweat immersion in the stratum corneum of the epidermis, occlusion of the ductile duct of the sweat gland, and rupture of sweat in the sweat gland duct, resulting in rupture due to increased internal pressure. Infiltration into the surrounding tissue causes irritation, and herpes and papules occur in the sweat pores, causing lice. Some doctors also believe that the occlusion of the sweat hole is a sweaty primary staphylococcal infection, which is related to the hot and humid environment.

It is obviously increased after sweating, the symptoms are not obvious, and the weather is getting better after the cold, and the diagnosis is not difficult.
Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis
1, rash-like rash: common in the case of brucellosis 10% of cases of non-specific rash, more common are measles-like, scarlet fever and rash-like rash. Epidemiological data and occupations are of great value in assisting in the diagnosis of this disease. If there are some special clinical manifestations of this disease, such as wavy heat, orchitis, the diagnosis can be basically established. The positive results of blood, bone marrow, pus and other cultures are the basis for diagnosis. Agglutination test (or ELISA, supplementation test, etc.) should be measured on a weekly basis, and the high titer or titer should be diagnosed. Chronic patients with agglutination test should be used as an ELISA or anti-human globulin test. To identify natural infections and artificial immunity, or to determine whether the disease is active, a 2-ME test can be performed.
2, rough skin disease-like rash: common in Hartnup disease, is a genetic amino acid metabolism disease, also known as hereditary niacin deficiency, clinical manifestations of pellagra of rash, nervous system damage and amino acid urine.
3, erythematous rash: is a very common symptom of skin diseases, many skin diseases have this symptom. It is characterized by scattered red sputum and red patches.
4, acne-like rash: good for the face to receive long-term beauty, manifested as localized acne, inflammatory papules, desquamative erythematous rash.
