Draw a flap including the upper iliac artery arch with the methylene blue iodine. 2. Use the eye hook to flip the upper eyelid, take the tarsal conjunctival flap above the iliac crest, and transfer it to the chin defect to suture and fix it on the lower tarsal plate. 3. According to the methylene blue marking line, the skin flap containing the upper radial artery arch was taken from the lateral side of the upper eyelid. The outer corner is the base, moved to the lower jaw, covered on the indexed conjunctival flap of the index, and fixed by suture.
