Free transplantation of tarsal plate and tarsal conjunctiva

Treating diseases: scarring and inversion Indication The sacral and sacral conjunctival free transplantation is suitable for: 1. Severe cases of scar varus. 2. After many operations, the tarsal plate and tarsal conjunctiva have obvious deformity or shortening. Through surgery, the support of the eyelid can be continued, the vertical length of the tarsal and palpebral conjunctiva can be extended, the traction of the inner layer of the eyelid can be released, and the rim of the inner roll can be restored. Surgical procedure 1. Under the conjunctiva of the lower iliac crest and local infiltration under the eyelids. 2. The lower iliac crest is made to pull the suture, and the skin surface is inserted into the eyelid to flip the chin. 3. Make a conjunctiva and sacral incision parallel to the gingival margin 2mm from the iliac crest, and expose the orbicularis oculi muscle. The sneak separation is performed under the slabs on both sides of the incision to form a crescent-shaped crescent-shaped plant bed. The width of the plant bed is about 3mm. 4. On the same side or contralateral eye, the upper part of the eye and the subcutaneous local infiltration anesthesia. The upper eyelid is turned over with the eyelid traction line and the eyelid plate inserted into the skin surface. A 2 to 3 mm wide crescent-shaped tarsal plate and conjunctiva were removed in the middle of the upper jaw. The incision can be not sutured, so that the conjunctival epithelium grows and covers itself, avoiding the inversion of the lateral eye. 5. Implant the free tarsal conjunctival graft into the lower planting bed. Observe whether the curvature of the lower jaw is satisfactory, and whether the height of the lower temporal margin is consistent with the contralateral eye. The following is higher than the opposite side, indicating that the graft is too wide; the following curvature is too straight, indicating that the center of the graft is too wide, and all need to be trimmed before implantation. 6. The wound edge of the graft is continuously sutured with 8-0 nylon thread, the thread is needled from the skin surface, and the eye is coated with antibiotic eye cream. 7. After 7 to 10 days, the suture was removed.
