Blepharoplasty correction
The entropion refers to the involution of the gingival margin in the direction of the eyeball, causing the lashes to fall back to the eyeball, stimulating the abnormal state of the cornea, and the palpebral varus is classified into scar, sputum, senile, paralytic and the like. Eyelid varus not only hinders beauty, but also causes tears, pain and other symptoms due to the inversion of the gingival margin, which causes the cornea and conjunctiva to be stimulated. Severe can cause corneal ulcers and thus blindness. In particular, stenosis caused by scar often requires surgery because it cannot resolve itself. Treating diseases: inversion Indication 1. The eyelids are curled inside and the eyelashes are inverted into the cornea. 2. Eyelid varus caused obvious corneal damage or the patient complained of foreign body sensation. Contraindications 1. Severe eyelid closure. 2. Acute conjunctivitis and glaucoma attacks. 3. Chronic dacryocystitis with obvious empyema. Surgical procedure 1. The Spencer-Watson method is applicable to the limitation of internal and external fistulas. The incision is cut along the gray line, the length of the incision is slightly longer than the inversion range, a little peeling is made upward in front of the seesaw, and a "Z" shaped flap is designed above the border. The lower edge of the "Z" flap is the gray line cut. The flaps are sutured in place. 2, Hotz method This method is suitable for severe scar stenosis, severe deformity of the tarsal plate. The incision line was designed according to the double-twisting technique, the skin was cut, the upper eyelid skin was removed, and one of the orbicularis muscles was excised to reveal the seesaw, and a seesaw was removed by a wedge of 1.5 mm from the temporal margin. The incision lower lip skin, the lower edge of the tarsal plate, the upper edge, and the upper lip skin were sutured with a 3-0 silk thread. The suture was removed 7 days after surgery. 3, the tarsal skin dislocation suture method is suitable for severe convulsions of recurrence, skin shortening, and eyelashes. From the upper part of the upper tears 1mm to the outer ridge, cut the full length of the rim along the gray line. Peel off to the upper edge of the raft and the dome at the front of the raft. Cut the slab at the inner and outer corners of the vertical slab edge. Pull the slab down to expose the sill edge and thin the front edge of the lower edge of the raft. The needle was inserted from the skin surface 2 mm away from the gingival margin, and sneaked through the tarsal plate 3 mm at a distance of 6 mm from the lower edge of the tarsal plate, and then passed through the skin surface at a distance of 2 mm from the gingival margin. The two wires are ligated to the oil gauze roll. Do three pairs of sutures in this way. The suture was removed 7 days after surgery.
