CM1 Ganglioside Storage Disease
CM1 gangliosidosis is a hereditary lysosomal disease caused by galactosidase deficiency. Its inheritance is autosomal recessive. Clinical features are progressive central nervous system disorder and skeletal abnormalities similar to mucopolysaccharidosis type I.
