Serum apolipoprotein CII
Apolipoprotein C (Apo CII) is one of the structural proteins of CM, VLDL, and HDL, accounting for 14%, 7% -10%, and 1% -3% of its protein content, respectively. The concentration of Apo CII in plasma is 0.03-0.05 g / L. Changes in serum Apo-CII levels may reflect lipid abnormalities earlier and more sensitively than serum cholesterol abnormalities. Active control of lipid metabolism disorders plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
