Kidney ultrasound
Kidney ultrasound is an auxiliary test to check whether the kidneys are normal. Examination of renal function with B-mode ultrasound has been widely used clinically. The anatomy of the kidney itself provides good conditions for B-ultrasound. The layers of the kidney, such as the capsule, parenchyma, and renal pelvis, can be visualized using B-mode ultrasound. B ultrasound can accurately determine the size, location and morphology of kidneys, identify whether the tumor in the kidney is a cystic or solid lesion, measure the size of the transplanted kidney and continuously observe changes in the transplanted kidney.
