Abnormally high transaminase

Transaminase is an indicator that reflects liver function and is often done during physical examinations. Transaminase is an indispensable "catalyst" in human metabolism and is mainly found in liver cells. When liver cells are inflamed, necrotic, poisoned, etc., causing damage to liver cells, transaminase will be released into the blood, which will increase serum transaminase. Transaminase levels are normal between 0-40.
