Severe pain
The pain is severe and unbearable, analgesics are needed, and sleep is severely disturbed, which can be accompanied by autonomic dysfunction or passive posture. The World Health Organization (WT0) divides the degree of pain into: O Degree: No pain. Ⅰ degree: mild pain, intermittent pain, can be used without medication. Degree II: Moderate pain. For persistent pain that affects rest, analgesics are needed. Grade III: Severe pain. For persistent pain, pain cannot be relieved without medication. Degree Ⅳ: Severe pain, persistent pain with changes in blood pressure and pulse. Common in cancer pain.
