Central dark spot and change in diopter
The change of central dark spot and diopter is called maligment melanoma of uvea. It is the most common type of malignant intraocular tumor in adults. It is second to retinoblastoma in the eye. This tumor has a high degree of malignancy, is susceptible to blood flow metastasis, and is more common in adults. It is easily confused with many fundus diseases in clinical work. Therefore, due attention should be paid to clinical work in ophthalmology. The disease is more common in middle-aged patients. The back of the eye is the most common site, and the incidence decreases in the forward direction.
