Urinary tract tumor

Urinary tract tumors include urethral cancer in men and urethral cancer in women. The primary site of male urethral cancer varies, and most commonly are transitional epithelial cancer and squamous cell carcinoma. The cause is related to urethritis, urethral stricture, and repeated urethral dilatation. However, when the tumor invades the penis and perineum, it can metastasize to the inguinal lymph nodes. Hematogenous cancers rarely occur in hematogenous metastases. The most distant metastases to the advanced stage were lung, followed by liver and stomach metastases.
