Pancreatic obstruction
Pancreatic disease is a rare disease, and it has been reported to account for 0.09% to 0.13% of autopsy materials. Clinical symptoms of abdominal pain are the most common, accounting for about 62%. The pain is located in the mid-upper abdomen or left upper abdomen. Most of them are recurring persistent pains, and a few are dull pains, which can radiate to the back, shoulders, and left costal margin, which is related to eating. Causes steatosis and malnutrition, jaundice, diabetes, etc. Due to the blockage of pancreatic ducts by pancreatic stones and the destruction of pancreatic tissues, pancreatic exocrine function is insufficient, resulting in steatosis and malnutrition.
