Increasing painless mass in one scrotum

The diagnosis of hydrocele is not difficult. A painless mass that gradually increases in one side of the scrotum. It is smooth to touch, cystic, and has a positive light transmission test, which can be diagnosed. However, if accompanied by inflammation, bleeding, etc., the light transmission test may be negative.
