Low molecular proteinuria
Low-molecular-weight proteinuria is caused by impaired renal tubular function, which causes protein absorption through normal glomerular filtration disorders. Low molecular proteins generally refer to proteins with a molecular weight of 40,000 daltons. Because renal tubules play an important role in the reabsorption and catabolism of low-molecular-weight proteins, low-molecular-weight proteinuria is excreted in renal tubular lesions.
