Yellow and white dots on the upper eyelid

One of the symptoms of trachoma is that the conjunctival subepithelial tissue is formed by the accumulation of limited lymphocytes on the basis of diffuse infiltration. At the beginning of the onset, the upper eyelid conjunctiva appears with scattered small yellow and white dots.
