Painless lump of parotid gland
Basal cell adenomas appear as painless masses of the parotid glands. Tumors grow slowly, have a long course of disease, have no conscious symptoms, and are often seen as painless masses. The tumor was clearly demarcated, non-adhesive to surrounding tissues, and mobile. Mostly round or oval, with a soft texture.
