Abdominal abnormal breathing
Abnormal breathing exercise is a pathological breathing exercise, which is caused by chest fractures to multiple rib fractures of the chest and softening of the chest. Normal people raise the rib cage during inhalation and the chest wall decreases during exhalation. The abnormal breathing movement is just the opposite. The chest is lowered during exhalation and the chest wall is elevated during exhalation.
