Peripheral limb paralysis
Peripheral paralysis is also called lower motor neuron paralysis, or flaccid paralysis, and soft paralysis. It is caused by damage to the anterior horn cells of the spinal cord and the brain to the motor nucleus, and the resulting fibers-anterior root of the spinal cord, spinal nerves, and cranial nerves. Peripheral paralysis of the upper limb refers to peripheral paralysis of the upper limb.
