Anal fissure resection

Anal fissure resection is a surgical treatment for anal fissure. Anal fissure resection note: 1. Anal fissure incision must be deep to the base of the ulcer granulation, in order to completely remove the anal fissure ulcer. 2. The subanal group of the external anal sphincter must be cut off to reduce the pain caused by postoperative sphincter spasm, which is conducive to drainage and wound healing. The direction of cutting the sphincter should be perpendicular to the muscle fibers. After cutting, use your fingers to pinch and the cord has disappeared. Do not cut the upper end of the incision too deep.
