Flat pelvis
Flat pelvis: The anteroposterior diameter of the pelvic entrance is shortened, and the transverse diameter is normal, which is mostly the result of rickets in childhood. The characteristics of this type of pelvis are: the sloping promontory slopes forward and protrudes into the pelvic entrance, shortening the anterior diameter of the entrance plane, and the lower part of the sacrum moves backward, so the diameters of the pelvic cavity and the exit are normal, or even slightly larger.
