Erythrocyte electrophoresis time
The surface of red blood cells is negatively charged, and the time required to move a certain distance under the action of a DC electric field is called the red blood cell electrophoresis time. The factors that affect the electrophoresis time are mainly related to the increase of plasma lipids, globulin and fibrinogen and the increase of plasma viscosity.
