Urinary triple gall
Urine tribiliary examination is an auxiliary examination method used to check whether urine is normal. Urine tribiliary refers to urinary bilirubin, urobilinogen, and urobilin. Normal humans have no bilirubin in their urine, and urinary bilirubin and urinary bile content are very small. Jaundice can occur in any of the three processes of bilirubin production, detoxification and excretion in the blood, and changes in urine tribiliary are closely related to changes in blood bilirubin. According to the nature of jaundice, the corresponding changes in urine tribiliary can occur. Therefore, when jaundice is suspected, a urine tribiliary test can be performed first. This method is simple, convenient and fast. Through this examination, the corresponding symptoms can be judged.
