Gastric juice-associated antigen
Fas antigen (Fas) is a type Ⅰ transmembrane glycoprotein composed of 319 amino acids with a relative molecular mass of 36 kD. It is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R) and nerve growth factor receptor (NGFR) family. Fas widely exists on many types of cell membranes. After binding to Fas antibody or Fas ligand (FasL), its cytoplasmic region is mediated by special intracellular proteins, which directly activates the apoptotic gene product, which can induce the Fas antigen. Apoptosis. Fas system, which is composed of Fas antigen, Fas antibody or FasL and its intracellular signaling molecules, has a unique role in inducing apoptosis, making it a research hotspot in immunodiagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.
