Mucor

Mucormycosis is a deep mycotic disease caused by Mucormyces, mainly Mucormyces, Pygium umbelliferum, P. branchum, Rhizopus oryzae, and Rhizopus oryzae. Mucormycosis is characterized by invasion of blood vessel walls and lumen, causing inflammation and thrombosis. Also known as phycomycosis. Clinically, it can be divided into lung type, brain type, gastrointestinal type and skin type.
