PHA lymphocyte transformation test

The PHA lymphocyte transformation test is a test of T lymphocytes and mitogens co-cultured in vitro, which can cause morphological and biochemical changes when stimulated by the latter. Some small lymphocytes are transformed into immature mother cells and mitotic tests method. Dermatology is mostly used for disease classification (such as leprosy), disease judgment (such as skin malignancies), drug efficacy observation, and research on certain immunodeficiency and allergic skin diseases.
