Nasal mucosa and nasal secretions

Nasal mucosa deviates from normal position or irregular nasal septum. The thin liquid-like substance secreted by the nasal cavity is called snot or nasal secretion, and its role is to help remove dust and bacteria to keep the lungs healthy.
