The urethral function test is an auxiliary test method used to check whether the urethral function is normal. Diabetic patients can develop various types of bladder and urethral dysfunction, namely diabetic neurogenic bladder and urethral dysfunction, which is ultimately fatal due to renal failure due to the stubborn urethral "obstruction-infection-obstruction" vicious cycle. Urodynamic examination is currently the most valuable examination item to determine the function of the bladder and urethra.
