Urease test
Urease test: Because Helicobacter pylori is the only bacteria in the human stomach that can produce a large amount of uremic enzymes, Helicobacter pylori infection can be diagnosed by detecting uremic enzymes. Urease decomposes uremia in the stomach to produce ammonia and carbon dioxide, which reduces urea concentration and increases ammonia concentration.
