Rehydration test
The fluid replacement test is an auxiliary test method used to check whether the urination function is normal. Oliguria means that the urine volume of an adult is less than 400ml per 24h, and anuria means that the urine volume is less than 100ml per 24h, or that the urine is completely anaemic for 12h. Those with oliguria and anuria who fail to give proper treatment will eventually lead to acute renal failure. The causes of oliguria and anuria are prerenal, renal and postrenal. Prerenal sex is mainly caused by various reasons such as shock, dehydration, blood loss, heart failure and other factors, leading to a decrease in effective circulating blood volume, a decrease in blood pressure, and an influence on renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate. The nephropathy is mainly caused by renal pathology caused by renal ischemia and kidney poisoning. Dehydration is caused by insufficient intake or excessive discharge, leading to urinary oliguria, which is a prerenal nature. After supplementing the effective blood volume, observing the change in urine volume is helpful to identify the cause of oliguria.
