Skin patch test
The skin patch test is one of the experimental methods to study the toxicity of the poison to the skin. Fold several layers of gauze to a certain size (1cm on each side of the square, 1cm in diameter on the circle), wet the gauze with the test solution stock solution or diluent and stick it to the skin, cover with a layer of oil paper or plastic film, and fix it with a bandage . It is usually untied after 12 hours or 24 hours to observe the local response.
