Anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody
Anti-acetylcholine receptor antibodies are mainly of IgC type (mainly IgCl and IGC.2 subtypes, followed by IgC. Subtypes), and IgM types can be detected. Anti-AchR antibodies of different types of MG patients have different properties. The first detection method for anti-AchR antibodies was radioimmuno. Later, in order to avoid the use of nuclides, various enzyme-linked immunoassays have emerged. These detection methods are applied. · A-bungarotoxin (a-BT): a-BT is a peptide extracted from the venom of silver ring snake, with a molecular weight of about 8kD. It is highly selective for binding to AchR, and this binding is almost irreversible. If the ELISA method is used, ct-BT can be used to coat the solid-phase carrier in advance, and then use the specific adsorption of the added AchR to determine the anti-AchR antibody in the test serum.
