USR test for syphilis
After Treponema pallidum infects the body, the damaged cells can release an antigenic lipid. This type of lipid can stimulate the body to produce anti-lipid antibodies, which are non-specific anticardiolipin antibodies, that is, reactin. Clinically, it is mostly used to detect non-immune antibodies for syphilis serological examination. This non-specific antibody titer is closely related to the clinical symptoms of syphilis. Quantitative determination can be used to observe the efficacy and prognosis.
