Medulloblastoma
Medulloblastoma was first reported by Bailey and Cushing in 1925. It is an intracranial malignancy that occurs in children and is one of the most malignant neuroepithelial tumors of the central nervous system. Some people think that it happened because the original medullary epithelium did not continue to differentiate. This type of tumor, which originates from embryonic residual cells, can occur anywhere in the brain tissue, but most of it grows in the cerebellar worms above the fourth ventricle. Mainly manifested as cerebellar symptoms such as increased intracranial pressure and ataxia, often with diplopia and a variety of cerebellar nerve disorders, cerebellar tonsil hernias often show neck rigidity and torticollis. Because the tumor has extremely rapid growth, surgery is not easy to completely remove And there is a tendency to produce disseminated planting along the cerebrospinal fluid.
