Mobile dullness

When there is more fluid in the abdominal cavity (above 1000ml), the gravity fluid accumulates in the lower part of the abdominal cavity, so the percussion is dull. The phenomenon that the dullness zone moves due to the change of body position is called "mobile dullness"
