Exfoliated cells

Cancerous tissues have high metabolism. The surface of cancerous cells lacks calcium and hyaluronidase. Their adhesion to each other is lower than that of normal cells and it is easy to fall off. Exfoliated cell inspection is to collect exfoliated cells from various parts of the human body, especially the surface of luminal organs, and observe the morphology of these cells with a microscope after staining. Because exfoliated cells have their own unique cell morphology, they have a close relationship with pathological changes. Close, so only the combination of the two can make a correct diagnosis of the shed cell morphology.
