Serum specific IgE antibody
IgE is mainly derived from plasma cells under the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract and digestive tract. It is a cytophilic antibody, which is related to allergies, parasitic diseases and skin allergies. Another type of IgE that can specifically bind to certain allergens is called specific IgE. It has a strong specificity and high sensitivity for the diagnosis of allergic asthma, which is of great significance in finding allergens.
