Penile arterial blood pressure
Penile arterial index is usually used to indicate penile arterial blood pressure. Penile arterial index = penile arterial blood pressure / brachial arterial blood pressure. The normal penile arterial index is close to 1.0, and it is normal to exceed 0.8. It is abnormal when the penile arterial blood pressure is 30 mmHg (4.0 kPa) lower than the systemic mean arterial blood pressure, or when the penile arterial index is lower than 0.6.
