Eosinophil count
Eosinophils in blood are also derived from pluripotent stem cells, which can be distinguished from other myeloid cells in the precursors stage of the cells. Eosinophil committed cells can be isolated in vitro. The amount of eosinophils in the blood changes significantly day and night, lower in the morning and higher in the night. Its cycle change is inversely related to the glucocorticoids of the adrenal cortex in the blood. The glucocorticoids increase and the eosinophils decrease; otherwise, the eosinophils increase. The cytoplasm of eosinophils contains eosinophilic granules. The eosinophils in the early stage contain larger granules, and the late cells contain smaller granules.
