Phosphocreatine kinase is a test for phosphocreatine kinase activity in the blood. Phosphocreatine kinase is mainly found in skeletal muscle and myocardium, as well as in brain tissue, and is an enzyme involved in energy metabolism in the body. It is mainly used in clinical diagnosis of myocardial infarction.
