Sputum bacterial smear

Sputum smear bacterial staining test, often used for Gram stain and acid-fast staining, is an important method for bacterial examination of respiratory diseases. Detection of Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus, Pneumococcus or Acid-fast bacilli is more meaningful for the diagnosis of corresponding diseases . It makes more sense to see only a single type of bacteria.
