Urine red blood cell phase
Urine red blood cell phase is an auxiliary test method used to check whether urine is normal. Urine erythrocyte phase examination is a method for examining the morphology of red blood cells in urine using a phase microscope. Its clinical significance is to identify the source of hematuria according to the morphology of urinary red blood cells. Presumably hematuria is glomerular or non-glomerular. It is generally believed that about 4% of normal people have red blood cells in their urine, among which the number of red blood cells (0.5 to 5.0) × 1012 / L, mostly deformed red blood cells. If abnormal red blood cells (its size, morphology, and abnormal hemoglobin content) are found in urine accounting for more than 75%, and the number of red blood cells is greater than or equal to 8.0 × 1012 / L, it can be diagnosed as glomerular hematuria. Through this examination, the corresponding symptoms can be judged.
