Serum hepatitis A antibody
Hepatitis A antibody is a specific antibody against hepatitis A. Hepatitis A virus (HAV) is mainly transmitted through the hand-to-mouth route, with an incubation period of 15-50 days, with an average of 28 days. The virus usually exists in the blood and feces of patients 5 to 6 days before the serum ALT increases. Two to three weeks after the onset, with the production of specific antibodies in the serum, the infectivity of serum and feces gradually disappeared.
