Herpes simplex virus

Herpes simplex virus (HSV) can cause a variety of diseases. Inspection of HSV-DNA can determine HSV infection early. There are often ELISA methods, neutralizing antibody methods, and passive hemagglutination antibody methods for measuring HSV.
