Left varicocele
The left varicocele on the bed is more common in young men. The latest survey shows that the prevalence rate is about 10% to 15% of the male population. It is mostly left-sided. The pain is more obvious when sitting. Vulvar radiation can be accompanied by testicular pain. It is a common disease in young men. The veins in the spermatic cord cause blood flow to be blocked for some reason, and the blood is stagnated, causing the venous plexus tortuosity and expansion in the spermatic cord. Earthworm-like clumps are varicocele. Occurrence of varicocele, manifested as scrotal swelling, heavy and falling sensation, increased labor, and reduced supine rest.
