Pediatric purine nucleotide phosphorylase deficiency

Purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) deficiency is mainly manifested as a deficiency of T cell immune function and B cells may be normal. The disease was first reported in 1975 as an autosomal recessive disease.
